Scuba Courses is committed to offering a fast reliable service to all of our valued customers and will endeavour to deliver your goods in a timely efficient manner. This page lays out our delivery policy.
UK Delivery Options & Cost
We default to using our Standard Shipping service which offers delivery within 2-3 business days (after dispatch date) using Hermes or equivalent couriers. The cost of delivery is based on the cumulative weight & dimensions of your order, with prices starting at £2.84, which includes standard insurance cover up-to the value of £20. Extended insurance cover up-to the value of your order can be arranged, and is highly encouraged for higher value orders. Please contact us at prior to placing your order to get a quote for additional insurance cover.
We also offer a Next Working Day delivery service for items that are currently in stock. Please contact us at to check stock availability prior to placing your order if you require Next Working Day delivery. All orders must be placed and paid for before 12pm Monday-Thursday, to ensure same day dispatch. Please note that Next Day Delivery orders placed on Fridays, will not be delivered until the next business day.

Extended insurance cover up-to the value of your order can be arranged, and is highly encouraged for higher value orders. Please note. We cannot offer our next working day option to certain remote locations including some parts of the Scottish Highlands, Belfast and Northern Ireland.
Please note: At exceptionally busy times like Christmas, or in periods of adverse weather conditions, deliveries may be delayed by a day or two beyond normal time scales quoted. At these times we cannot guarantee next day delivery when selected.
The courier will attempt delivery up-to 3 times before returning the item to us. All attempted deliveries will be logged on the tracking information and a calling card should be left notifying you of the failed attempt and the course of action to follow. Should any parcels be returned to us, you will be liable for any costs incurred in doing so and any subsequent re-delivery costs to you.
Maximum Parcel Size/Weight
All orders in excess of 30kg or considered oversized will require a separate delivery quot. We will notify you if your order exceeds any limits laid down by our chosen courier and advise of any additional costs.
We dispatch orders Monday – Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm. As mentioned above, Next Working Day orders must be placed by 12pm to be dispatched the same day.
All orders will be shipped as soon as all the items are available – subject to payment authorisation.
Where items on your order are out of stock, the order will ship once all of the order’s components become available. If you would rather not wait for the remainder to come into stock, we advise that you place a separate order for these items.
We will notify you of any unusual delays in shipping your order to the email address provided at the time of placing your order.
Delivery Outside Of The UK
Sorry but we do not currently ship items outside of the UK.
Alternate Delivery Address
If you would like us to ship to an alternative address rather than your registered billing address, simply enter the alternate shipping address details during the checkout process.
Tracking Your Delivery
When we dispatch your order we will email you with the tracking details.
Tracking details will not appear or update on the couriers web site until the parcel has entered into their schedule, which could be up-to 24 hours after dispatch.
Collection from store is available if you prefer to collect.
Just select “collection” as your delivery option when you checkout and we’ll contact you when your order is ready for collection.

Missing Or Damaged Goods
If your goods have either been received damaged or are missing, please contact customer services immediately, either by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us on 07743 719172
If the goods are damaged we will need proof of the damage, either by the item being returned to us, or in some cases an image sent via email. Customer Services can advise you on the best course of action. Once we have verified the damage we can then rectify the situation. Claims for orders that arrived damaged must be made with 14 days of delivery.
If your goods have gone missing, please contact us so we can begin investigations and any necessary insurance claims with the courier. Please note that we are required to wait 3 business days past the standard expected delivery date before any claim can be made for goods lost in transit. Claims for items lost in transit must be reported within 28 days after dispatch.
