Darren was my instructor from my first try dive right through to getting my Divemaster qualification whilst I was in the UK. His attention to detail and very high standards has stood me in good stead.
I went on to become a PADI MSDT teaching in Thailand, and have done nearly 3000 dives since, all without incident. I believe the standards and the quality of Darren's training is largely responsible for this.
If you are thinking of learning to dive, high standards in your training are a must have, and are a life saver. We learnt from scratch to take full advantage of our honeymoon in Cuba. He was so professional and calming, making the learning effortless and so much fun.
We instantly got the bug! After a few holidays, we wanted more so went back to do the advanced course. We’ve got so many great hobbies so don’t dive as much as we’d like to but with 2 young boys, priorities have to change slightly.
As soon as the kids are old enough, we’ll definitely be back for more! What this guy doesn’t know about scuba and how to stay safe, isn’t worth knowing
