Scuba Courses Returns Policy
Scuba Courses is committed to offering a fast reliable service to all of our valued customers and will endeavour to deliver your goods in a timely efficient manner. Please read our returns policy which details how returns are processed should you wish to return your order for any reason.
This return policy applies to orders made via our on-line store for physical products and does not cover services that we offer including (but not limited to), equipment hire, air fills, equipment servicing, trips & holidays & Scuba experiences or courses/programs.
Our customers have the right to cancel their order at any time prior to dispatch. After the order has been dispatched, customers have the right to return their item within 14 days of receipt for any reason. It is the customers responsibility to return items in a resaleable condition at their own expense.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us in writing of your decision to cancel, within the specified time frame..This may be done via email at email@example.com, by post at our business address or by completing the 'Contact Us' form. You must then return the item within 14 days of giving written notification of you wish to return the item.
If you cancel your order with us, we will reimburse your payment, including the cost of delivery to you (except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery service other than the least expensive delivery option with offer).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling.
Reimbursements will be made without undue delay, and not later than;
(a) 14 days after the day we receive the goods supplied to you, or
(b) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product we will refund or exchange for an identical replacement free of charge provided that the product is returned to us in its original packaging and the fault is notified to us within 30 days of delivery. Please note that fault or damage during use, will be subject to checks and we may not be liable if the product has been damaged during such use.
We offer a repair/replace service for notifications of faulty goods made between 30 days & 6 calendar months after the date of receipt. We reserve the right to decide whether to repair the item or replace it for the same or similar product. Where a suitable replacement isn't available or any repair would take excessive time or cause significant inconvenience you will be offered a refund.
If any product that is purchased does not turn out to be the correct one for you then we will exchange it for the correct size, colour etc. provided that the product has not been used in any way and is returned to us in its original packing (if applicable) "as new"..
If an item was incorrectly ordered then you will be liable for the cost to return the item and any subsequent cost or redelivering any replacement.
If an item was incorrectly sent by us then we will cover the cost (using our standard delivery rate) of the return to us and the subsequent cost of redelivering any replacement.
How To Return/Exchange An Item?
