When you’re in the water weight isn’t a huge issue for divers, however when you’re stood in a busy airport paying £25 for every additional kilo of weight, you might find yourself wishing you’d bought the right gear.

According to Apeks’ the Flight is the lightest regulator in the world. Compact and high-performing, the Flight uses much of the technology found in their technical XTX range of regulator to deliver an unparalleled travel air-source.

Constructed from a combination of lightweight, high-strength forged marine brass and engineering grade composites, the Flight weighs only 708g (A-Clamp) or 589g (DIN), making it perfect for travelling.

Both the 1st and 2nd stages are Balanced resulting in exceptionally clear and consistent breathing throughout your dive, whether you’re putting your regulator through its paces during a challenging dive or when your tank pressure is running low.

Keeping in line with Apeks’ technical background, the Flight offers numerous hose routing options thanks to its 4 low pressure and 2 high pressure ports, allowing you to route all of your dive gear easily.

The lightweight 2nd stage features a tool-free swivel fitting, this prevents you from over torquing the hose fittings and damaging the regulator. Considering its small size, the Flight 2nd stage has a large purge button and venturi control making them easy to use at a moments notice.

Designed to be used in water temperatures above 10*C the Apeks Flight is perfect for adventures in exotic locations around the world. As of course as the name suggests ideal for packing in your luggage when you’re flying.
